TERMS OF SERVICE
COMMUNITY USE TERMS:
Never too deep is a network community. With that in mind, users assume all risks when interacting with other community members. This includes both online and in person. This also includes having members help in an off roading situation as well as events sponsored and unsponsored by Never Too Deep. Joining the community acknowledges you have read and understand these risks and wave your right to hold Never Too Deep responsible for any damages or financial loss you willingly engage in.

All issues that arise within the community (online or in person) should be reported to an admin of NTD within 24 hours. Members involved in any of these issues are subject to community banning and any monies paid will be forfeited. To report an occurrence, please email: yntdtpo@gmail.com

SHIPPING:
All products are made and shipped by a third party other than NTD Official decals. Never too deep does not have inventory on hand, so time to produce and ship will start when an order is placed. Shipping estimates are for days once the product is made and ready to ship. Most shipments require 2 business days processing then 4-7 business days shipping. So from order time, most orders arrive between 6-9 business days. Exceptions include any overseas shipments that require going through US Customs, or large made to order shipments, or custom made products.

RETURNS:
NEVERTOODEEP.COM PURCHASES-
Returns are not allowed, all sales are final. The only exception, and at the discretion of Never Too Deep, are if the product is incorrect or has an issue upon arrival. If, when you get your shipment, you notice there is any issue with it you must send an email to yntdtpo@gmail.com stating the issue and include pictures of proof of purchase along with a picture of the item's issue. If approved, Never Too Deep will replace or refund the order to resolve the issue.

AFFILIATE/PARTNER PURCHASES-
If the purchase was made through a third party affiliate, partner, or other third party platform, you must follow their SHIPPING/PRIVACY/RETURN/EXCHANGE policies.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from nevertoodeep.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
